Keeping Pets Safe This Thanksgiving
As festive as the season may be, we often overindulge our pets with human food that can make them sick. For this reason, I want to take this opportunity to remind you that certain foods can be harmful. These foods include cooked bones, products containing Xylitol such as sugar-free gum and treats, raw bread dough, macadamia nuts, chocolate, alcohol, coffee, desserts, and more.
While celebrating, please make sure you keep your pets away from doors to prevent loss and limit the amount you share to avoid a trip to the emergency vet.
